Welcome to Heycuz
Entering additions to established families
After the last changes were made to the site, I can no longer find a button to pull up a family group to make changes and additions. I can find buttons for editing individuals but not a family. Help!
To Edit a Family group, navigate to one of the parents. Scroll down the page to locate the Family area. In that area is an "Edit" link. It is directly across from the "Last Modified" subhead. See image:

Last Updated (Monday, 22 June 2009 17:41) Funds Needed Quickly for Historical Marker ProjectWe only need $150 more to purchase the first Hickman County Civil War Historical Marker. If we don't come up with matching funds soon, we will have to return the $1,000 contribution to the Tennessee Division Sons of Confederate Veteran. I know money is tight these days but if you can spare a few bucks, donations may be sent to:
Checks payable to Hickman Historical Marker Fund.
Jingo Post OfficeAs you will recall in 2006 a push was made for historical preservation in Fairview, Williamson County, Tennessee.
The first item was to save the old Jingo post office from destruction by development, that let to the effort to save the Triangle School. Historical markers for the city were purchased as a result of these efforts. The Jingo post office has been moved to the Triangle School site and restored. Renovating the school and building a history village are works in progress.
Thanks to all of you who emailed and contacted Fairview City Officials in support of historical preservation.
