Can't Log In?

If you're having trouble loggin into Heycuz, it is because the software has changed and signing onto the front area has been turned off. Currently, you can only log in to the database area as pictured below:

 

You Must Use the Log In Form under Our Families

 

  1. Click on "OUR FAMILIES"
  2. Click on "LOG IN"
  3. Enter your previous username and password (It is case sensitive)
  4. Click the Login button

 

Note: if you need to reset your password you much know both your email address and user name and you will be sent a temporary password.

How To Edit Family Tree Information

I put together a short video tutorial to show you how to edit information in the Heycuz Database. It also shows you how to add notes and add children. I've been getting a lot of requests to update existing information and, unfortunately, my time is limited and the whole reason I created the website is so members can update the information as needed. Many of the people in the heycuz database are not in my direct line, so I'm not the best source for keeping their information up to date anyway, you are. Using the site can seem a little tricky when you first join, but after you've done it once you'll see that its not difficult at all. With just a few steps you can easily edit, add children, add notes and much more.  Many of you are already doing it, so this may just be a refresher for you. There are some tips you might not have noticed before, so I encourage you to watch this even if you're an old hand at it.
